Weekly planning of group training classes
In Planet fitness you can choose from a wide variety of group programs, so that you can adapt to your body what suits your needs the most.
The programs are divided into 4 zones (see the details below) and are arranged appropriately, in a weekly cycle, to fully cover even our most demanding athletes.
In each group program there is a specialized trainer (instructor) who guides the athletes, so that the exercises are applied correctly and of course, with safety. At the same time, the respective trainer encourages the athletes by them motivation in order to successfully complete the exercises.
